Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in site management and project coordination, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage construction staff and subcontractors, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure all materials and resources are procured in a timely manner.
• Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
• Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead regular site meetings to discuss project status and address any concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction projects
