Job Description

As a Pet Groomer at Top Paw Grooming, you will be responsible for the full grooming experience of pets. From bath time to haircuts, your role will be vital in providing a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

  • Groom pets according to breed standards and client specifications.
  • Bath and dry pets while ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Trim and style pets' coats, including de-shedding and nail trimming.
  • Examine pets for health issues and report any concerns to the owner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with pet owners.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the grooming station and equipment.
  • Keep records of each pet's grooming history and client preferences.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing bookings.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in pet grooming is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in pet grooming
