Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Durban team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a high level of service. You will handle complaints, process orders, and provide product information. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers through various communication channels.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Work to resolve conflicts or issues that arise with customers.
  • Assist in developing new customer service strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company values and culture.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role
