We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Job Hand. The successful candidate will assist in various tasks related to maintenance, repair, and general support within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our workplace remains operational and is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Help with routine maintenance tasks across diverse facilities.
• Conduct minor repairs and assist qualified tradespeople when necessary.
• Manage cleaning tasks to uphold workplace standards.
• Assist in the logistics of moving supplies and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Provide reports regarding maintenance needs to management.
• Collaborate with other workers to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions for skills development.
• Adhere to all organizational protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or certifications in maintenance or related field is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.

Technical Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of waste management practices: Understanding of waste disposal regulations and practices.
• Experience using electrical testing tools: Experience using tools for testing electrical systems.
