IP Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IP Specialist to manage and oversee our intellectual property portfolio. The successful candidate will possess vast knowledge of IP law, including patents, trademarks, and copyright, and will be instrumental in advising clients on IP-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze complex legal issues related to intellectual property.
• Prepare briefs and legal documents for IP litigation.
• Advise on licensing agreements involving industrial designs.
• Assist in the development of IP strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
• Attend industry conferences to stay informed on IP trends and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with international IP laws and treaties.
• Foster relationships with industry stakeholders to promote the firm’s IP services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• Experience with IP litigation is a plus

• Registered Patent Attorney
