Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, your mission will be to empower employees through targeted training and development programs. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and deliver impactful learning solutions that align with our company goals.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage training schedules while accommodating employee availability.
• Build and maintain a database of training materials and resources.
• Work with external instructors and consultants as needed to deliver specialized training.
• Assist in the development of employee training plans that align with career advancement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in training or development roles, with experience in instructional design preferred
