Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Web Developer to join our vibrant team in Durban. The successful candidate will work closely with designers and IT specialists to create innovative and user-friendly web applications that meet our client needs. You will play a pivotal role in the development of web apps and will be responsible for the entire web development process from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-friendly web applications and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate on code reviews and ensure quality assurance processes are followed.
• Identify bugs and implement fixes efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Work with backend developers to integrate APIs seamlessly.
• Provide support and updates to existing web applications.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for application improvements.
• Assist in gathering requirements and understanding client needs for web projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similar field
• Certification in web development is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in web application development

Technical Skills

• PHP

Languages

• English: Fluent
