Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize tickets in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify patterns in customer issues to help inform product development.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical support.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior support staff as needed and share knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
