We are looking for an enthusiastic Teletray Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for the daily operations of teletray equipment, taking calls, and delivering excellent customer service. If you're a go-getter with a knack for multitasking, this job is for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage daily teletray operations and ensure swift call processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Document all call interactions accurately for record-keeping.
• Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and areas of improvement.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and recommend solutions.
• Assist in quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

Education

• Post-matric qualification is a plus

Experience

• Experience in the telecommunications sector is an advantage.
