Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely information and effective solutions. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide high-quality support.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to management.
  • Track and report on customer feedback trends.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services.
  • Assist in creating a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and update FAQs based on customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years in customer support or related field
