We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Title Examiner, Abstractor, and Searcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough title searches and delivering accurate and timely reports on property ownership and legal liabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough property title searches and analysis.
• Draft and submit comprehensive reports on title findings.
• Work closely with other legal professionals to address title discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy in all documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries promptly.
• Compile and maintain database records of all title searches.
• Attend seminars to enhance knowledge of property laws.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Law or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Familiarity with legal databases and software systems utilized for title searching.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
• Advanced search engines like LexisNexis

Certifications
