• Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation relating to sales initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Salesforce CRM Proficient in using Salesforce CRM for managing sales processes.
• Data Analysis Strong analytical skills in interpreting sales data.
• Microsoft Excel Expertise in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• English (Fluent)

• Understanding of supply chain management: Experience in logistics and supply management that supports sales operations.
• Experience in training sales teams: Ability to coordinate and facilitate training for sales personnel.
