E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and online retail operations, aimed at enhancing customer experience and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the e-commerce team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance the digital shopping experience.
• Establish and maintain e-commerce metrics to gauge success and areas for improvement.
• Handle customer service issues related to online orders and deliveries.
• Work with the finance team to manage budgets and forecasts for online sales.
• Conduct A/B testing on various digital marketing efforts.
• Lead initiatives to improve site speed and reliability.
• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and competitor initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
• MBA preferred but not required

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles
