Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries.

  • Monitor and report on common customer issues and suggestions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management is a plus

  • 3+ years in customer support roles
