Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on corporate governance issues.
• Draft and review shareholder agreements and contracts.
• Assist in legal due diligence processes.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal training sessions for internal staff.
• Monitor changes in legislation affecting corporate operations.
• Work closely with compliance officers to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Develop comprehensive legal strategies for corporate clients.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification
• Postgraduate degree in Corporate Law is an advantage

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a corporate law environment
