Job Description

We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional IT support to our users in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, assist with software and hardware inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user requests and provide support in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with users on ticket status and ensure closure of issues.
  • Assist with configuring and installing computer systems.
  • Help manage user accounts and permissions in IT systems.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure IT systems are operating effectively.
  • Provide feedback on system performance and user issues to management.
  • Support remote users with connectivity and application issues.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development within the IT field.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Relevant IT qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years in IT support or related field
