As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. You will assist in resolving inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining customer records. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints with a focus on maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Assist in processing returns and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record customer feedback and share insights with the team.
  • Support customers in navigating the company website and services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
  • Participate in team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Keep updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Provide training support to new employees as needed.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence in customer service.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Degree or certification in Customer Service or related field is preferred.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a call center environment is an advantage.
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems
  • Data entry skills
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations
Certifications
  • Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Conversational
