Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our compensation strategies and employee benefits programs. We’re on the lookout for someone who can provide insightful guidance to ensure our offerings are competitive and aligned with our workforce needs.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing compensation structures and recommend enhancements or changes.
  • Manage the execution of compensation cycles (salary reviews, bonuses, etc.).
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to report for senior management.
  • Partner with recruiting to develop competitive compensation offers for new hires.
  • Design and implement reward and recognition programs to boost employee morale.
  • Stay updated on labor legislation and market trends to ensure compliance.
  • Support the HR team in developing a positive employee experience through effective benefits offerings.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR management to facilitate decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
