Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all team members.
• Assess and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Review and approve work completed by contractors and subcontractors.
• Undertake project evaluation and reporting to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
