Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of customer feedback initiatives.

  • Assist in the creation of customer support resources and FAQs.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or relevant diploma
  • Degree in Communication or Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
