Responsibilities

  • Design and execute surveys and focus groups to gather consumer feedback.
  • Provide statistical analysis and interpretation of data collected.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of consumer behaviour and market trends.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on consumer insights.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with clients to understand their insights needs.
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops to communicate insights effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5 years+ experience in market research or consumer insights
Technical Skills
  • SPSS or SAS
  • Qualitative Research

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Proficiency in Python or R: Ability to conduct data analysis using programming languages.
