Job Description

As an HR Manager in Cape Town, you will oversee all HR operations, focusing on recruitment, employee development, and compliance. Your strategic input will shape our company culture and drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan HR operations to align with business goals.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and manage offer processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Professional HR Certification is an advantage
