Responsibilities

• Identify and implement effective learning strategies to promote skill enhancement.
• Conduct training programs both in-person and via e-learning platforms.
• Utilize feedback and assessment results for continuous improvement in training offerings.
• Maintain training records and report on KPIs to management.
• Partner with external vendors for specialized training solutions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with employees to encourage participation in training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training or talent development
