Job Description

We're searching for a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will design and execute memorable events, managing everything from concept to completion. You'll work closely with clients to ensure their vision comes to life while balancing budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead event coordination meetings with clients and team members.
• Assess and report on event success against objectives.
• Utilize technology for event planning and management.
• Prepare detailed reports and invoices for clients post-event.
• Facilitate team collaboration to achieve event goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Create and present event proposals to clients.
• Guide junior event staff in their duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive event planning experience
