Job Description

As a Screw Supervisor, you will take charge of overseeing the production processes of screws in our manufacturing facility. You will ensure that production targets are achieved while maintaining stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations in the screw production unit.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations on the shop floor.
  • Coordinate with other departments like logistics and engineering for efficient production workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to production processes.
  • Analyze production data to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure proper training and onboarding of new staff members.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience preferred
Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in manufacturing processes
  • Quality control systems knowledge
Soft Skills
  • Time-management abilities
  • Teamwork and collaboration
Certifications
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing
Languages
  • English: Fluent
