Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Event Planner to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for planning and executing various events from corporate functions to weddings, ensuring every detail is perfect and aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project meetings and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Design engaging and personalized experiences for clients.
  • Evaluate and select vendors and contractors for events.
  • Implement feedback loops with clients for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor event timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Assist with on-the-day coordination and execution of events.
  • Collect and organize event feedback from attendees.
  • Utilize event management software to keep track of tasks and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure new event contracts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Event Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale event planning
