Join our dynamic finance department as a Corporate Finance Analyst. Your analytical skills will be utilized to interpret complex financial data and assist in creating projections based on corporate finance models. You’ll provide critical insights to enhance operational efficiencies and support management’s decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
• Analyze financial performance by comparing and contrasting actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decisions.
• Prepare presentations for senior management regarding financial strategies and projections.
• Provide support in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring activities.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
• Review and analyze company financial statements.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze relevant financial data.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis
