Brand Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to develop and implement effective brand strategies in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a creative flair, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to drive our brand vision forward.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and collateral that align with brand guidelines.
• Identify and leverage new marketing channels for brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies.
• Organize and conduct brand workshops and training for internal teams.
• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key performance indicators.
• Engage consumers through social media and other interactive platforms.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a brand management role
