Job Description

As a Legal Counsel at Legal Advisors Group, you will oversee the legal aspects of our operations in Pretoria. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on compliance issues, and representing the firm in legal proceedings. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage the legal aspects of corporate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide support for mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

Education

• LLB degree from an accredited university
• Admitted attorney or advocate

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a legal counsel role or similar capacity
