We are seeking a Governance Risk Manager to oversee and manage compliance frameworks and governance practices for our projects. This role focuses on evaluating risks, developing compliance strategies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Design governance frameworks to enhance the accountability of our operations.
Implement monitoring systems for ongoing compliance checks.
Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive compliance strategy.
Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain a proactive relationship with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
Stay abreast of legislative changes that impact the business.
Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Advise on the development of compliance training programs.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business
Master's degree in Occupational Health or Risk Management is advantageous

5+ years of hands-on experience in governance and compliance roles
