Job Description

We are seeking a Governance Risk Manager to oversee and manage compliance frameworks and governance practices for our projects. This role focuses on evaluating risks, developing compliance strategies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design governance frameworks to enhance the accountability of our operations.
  • Implement monitoring systems for ongoing compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive compliance strategy.
  • Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain a proactive relationship with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of legislative changes that impact the business.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Enhance internal reporting systems to improve transparency.
  • Advise on the development of compliance training programs.
  • Facilitate workshops to reinforce compliance knowledge among employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business
  • Master's degree in Occupational Health or Risk Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in governance and compliance roles
