• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
• Relevant certification in travel and tourism is a plus
• Logistics Management Extensive experience in managing tour logistics efficiently.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Proficient in using CRM systems to manage client interactions.
• Tour Planning Software Skilled in utilizing tour planning software for itinerary management.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Adept at resolving issues that may arise during tours.
• Leadership Ability to lead and motivate a team of tour guides.
• Tourism Management Certificate
• First Aid Certification is a plus
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Knowledge of local wildlife and flora: Ability to educate clients about South Africa's rich biodiversity.
• Experience with foreign language tours: Ability to guide tours in languages other than English is a bonus.
