Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and be passionate about driving the company’s HR strategy. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team in developing and executing HR initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs.
• Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Monitor and report on HR matters to ensure compliance.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
• Manage employee benefit programs and policies.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Master's degree or HR certification is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in HR management
