Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to spearhead our community engagement initiatives in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing outreach programs, building relationships with local communities, and promoting our mission of social change.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach initiatives that strengthen community connections and participation.
• Assess community needs and develop tailored outreach responses.
• Liaise with government bodies and other stakeholders for program support.
• Engage in public speaking to promote community initiatives and events.
• Facilitate training sessions for community members to empower local leaders.
• Gather feedback from community members to improve outreach efforts.
• Document and report on outreach activities and their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in non-profit or community service roles
