Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing healthcare operations in our Pretoria facility. Your responsibilities will include staff management, operational compliance, and patient care optimization, all aimed at fostering a supportive environment for healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational activities to optimize healthcare delivery.
  • Support staff in administrative compliance and operational tasks.
  • Develop quality improvement initiatives for healthcare services.
  • Assist in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction surveys to gauge service effectiveness.
  • Engage with the community to promote health education and awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management
  • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
