Join our dynamic HR team as a Generalist in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage diverse HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation. You will be pivotal in aligning HR strategies with our organization's goals and enhancing employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace compliance with relevant HR legislation, ensuring policies reflect current laws.
• Support the HR team in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage employee exit interviews and offboarding processes.
• Assist in organizing team-building and staff development activities.
• Monitor workforce trends and provide reports to management on HR metrics.
• Develop communication strategies for HR initiatives and policies.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefit offerings.
• Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion programs.
• Participate in HR planning and strategic discussions with senior leadership.
• Build positive relationships with staff at all levels to facilitate effective HR processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in HR management roles
