• Draft and present appraisal reports adhering to industry regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and interpret property features.
• Analyze data to forecast property valuation trends.
• Coordinate with financial institutions and clients to facilitate appraisals.
• Assist clients with questions regarding property values and appraising.
• Provide recommendations based on current market conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
• Professional certification preferred

• 5+ years in a relevant appraisal role
