Job Description

Join us as a Clinical Research Associate where you will manage and coordinate clinical trials that contribute to groundbreaking medical advances. Your role will ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality data management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of study protocols and manuals.
  • Conduct patient recruitment and ensure informed consent processes are followed.
  • Manage the logistics of clinical trial materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate data collection and ensure timelines are met for deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and support to study personnel regarding protocol compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate any risks associated with trial management.
  • Facilitate communication between investigators and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare project timelines and budgets for trials.
  • Implement improvements to trial processes based on feedback and compliance audits.
  • Participate in training programs for new staff and trial personnel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Scientific Research or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical/trial management
