• Oversee all travel logistics for clients from booking to completion.
• Ensure travel arrangements align with client preferences and budgets.
• Create and implement operational processes for travel coordination.
• Provide continuous support to clients throughout their travel experience.
• Facilitate travel insurance purchases and inquiries.
• Attend industry events to network and represent the company.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Assist in training new team members on travel coordination processes.
• Maintain the company's travel management systems and databases.
• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business, or related field
• Travel Management Software Proficient in using travel management software for bookings and itineraries.
• Microsoft Office Suite Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Organizational Skills Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
• Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
• IATA Travel and Tourism qualification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Experience with Travel Budgeting: Ability to manage and optimize travel budgets effectively.
