Job Description

As the Call Center Workflow Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining call center operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will oversee workflow processes, implement best practices, and support agents to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of workflow processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure that all call center operations are running smoothly and effectively.
  • Develop methods to improve agent productivity and customer experience.
  • Gather and analyse data to assess workflow performance.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to management on workflow status.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies or systems.
  • Meet regularly with other departments to align workflows and objectives.
  • Uphold and reinforce company values and customer service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications in call center management are advantageous
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in coordinating call center operations
