Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative in Port Elizabeth, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed information about our offerings. We’re looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support customers during the entire process of their inquiries.
• Keep up to date with product changes and updates.
• Assist in developing training materials for clients and staff.
• Contribute to team goals through collaboration and teamwork.
• Handle escalated issues and complaints effectively.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to management for improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
