Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our HR team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, implementing employee-friendly initiatives, and supporting our commitment to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and engagement programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and analytics.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and recommend training solutions.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Promote health and wellness initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a related role
Technical Skills
  • HR Software (e.g. Workday, SAP)
  • Employment Law
