Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate employee orientation and engagement programs.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Monitor and report on HR metrics and analytics.
Conduct training needs assessments and recommend training solutions.
Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
Promote health and wellness initiatives within the workplace.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage
Experience
3-5 years of experience in HR management or a related role

HR Software (e.g. Workday, SAP)
