Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to identify their needs and help them achieve their goals through our services.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Record and track customer inquiries and resolutions to ensure continuity in service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in developing training materials and resources for customers.
  • Stay informed about product updates and communicate relevant information to customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
