Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pretoria. The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Educate customers about product features and benefits.
  • Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Record interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends to management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant diploma or degree in customer service or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support role
