Job Description

As a Retail Salesperson, you'll play a vital role in our store by assisting customers, maintaining the store, and ensuring that all products are displayed attractively. You’ll collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and assisting them.
• Provide detailed product information and help customers in their purchase decisions.
• Conduct inventory checks and help with stock replenishment.
• Accurately manage cash transactions and maintain cash register.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring it is tidy and appealing.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising team to enhance product displays.
• Monitor and report any potential theft or security issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies.
• Engage with customers on social media to promote in-store offers.
• Adapt to various customer needs and foster repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
