Job Description

As a Risk Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing compliance risk within the organization. You will develop compliance frameworks that align with legal and regulatory standards, ensuring our operations are efficient and transparent.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compliance monitoring systems.
• Engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Assess the effectiveness of compliance strategies and programs.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure the organization’s compliance initiatives are effectively communicated.
• Facilitate risk assessments and ensure appropriate risk response actions.
• Develop metrics to evaluate compliance program effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
• Master's degree in Compliance is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance management or regulatory roles
