As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers. You will be assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in navigating our systems and services.
  • Provide feedback on service process efficiency from customer perspectives.
  • Work as part of a team to meet service goals and objectives.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions as needed.
  • Conduct follow-ups on customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Post-Matric qualification in Customer Service or Communications is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or call centre role
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Helpdesk Software
Soft Skills
  • Time Management
  • Conflict Resolution
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
