Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's HR policies and strategies. You will lead initiatives that promote employee engagement, talent acquisition, and a positive workplace culture, ensuring that our workforce continues to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a talent management system that identifies high-potential employees.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with unions and employee representatives.
  • Enhance HR metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Continuously recommend improvements in HR processes and practices.
  • Ensure all HR practices are in accordance with company policies and local laws.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or business-related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role
