Grain Picker

Job Description

The Grain Picker will be responsible for ensuring the quality of grain products by manually selecting and separating grains from impurities. This role is essential in maintaining production targets while working within a team in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the harvested grains are of the highest quality and free from any contaminants.
• Monitor and report any issues with the machinery to the farm manager.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and policies during the harvesting process.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the machinery on a regular basis.
• Help other team members in various roles as needed.
• Provide input on improving harvesting efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Previous experience in crop harvesting or a related field is advantageous.

Experience

• Previous agricultural experience is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with agricultural machinery

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
