Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Johannesburg. Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer questions and concerns, processing orders, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in navigating our online platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on social media.
  • Train and mentor new staff as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting new products to customers.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge customer satisfaction levels.
  • Recommend additional products based on customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management
Experience
  • 2+ years of customer service in a call center environment

  • CRM Software Proficiency

Languages
  • English: Fluent
