Job Description

We're on the lookout for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you'll be the frontline hero helping customers navigate their queries and providing top-notch service. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be crucial in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Train new staff on customer service protocols and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and share insights.
  • Assist in developing FAQ and training materials for customer inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a call centre environment
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of customer service metrics

Languages
